1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on GageMakkal, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of the Platform

  • GageMakkal provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for calibration management and audit readiness for organizations.

  • You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of all data uploaded to GageMakkal. By using the platform, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your data to provide our services.

  • Data can be exported in CSV format through the platform. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

  • We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, Free Trial & Fees

  • GageMakkal offers a free trial for managing up to 100 instruments. Beyond this limit, subscription fees apply based on your chosen plan.

  • Details of fees, payment methods, and billing cycles will be provided during the subscription process.

  • Non-payment of fees may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

  • GageMakkal owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, its design, features, and functionality.

  • Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • GageMakkal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and compliance of your calibration data.

7. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account management options within the platform.

  • Upon termination, data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • GageMakkal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland or applicable local jurisdictions, depending on the user's location.
