How to Share Calibration Certificates via Email in GageMakkal

Follow these steps to share calibration certificates with another user using their email address:

Method 1: Sharing from the Instrument's History

1. Navigate to the Instruments Page: Go to the main menu and select the "Instruments" section.

2. Open the Desired Instrument: Locate and select the instrument for which you want to share the calibration certificate.

3. Access the Instrument History: Scroll down to the instrument's history section to find the specific certificate you wish to share.

4. Share the Certificate:

   • Click on the Share button located in the top right corner of the history page.

   • Enter the recipient's email address in the provided field.

   • Click the "Share" button to send the certificate. The recipient will receive the certificate via email.

Method 2: Sharing from the History Menu

1. Navigate to the History Menu: From the main menu, go to the "Histories" section.

2. Select the Desired History: Choose the specific history record that you want to share with someone.

3. Share the History:

   • Click on the Share button.

   • Enter the recipient's email address.

   • The history details, along with the attached calibration certificate, will be sent to the specified email address.
