Exporting Reports as Excel Files

GageMakkal offers a convenient feature that allows users to export data from various lists and tables that you seen on web app into Excel format. This functionality is designed to help users easily analyze, share, and maintain records of their data. Whether you need to generate reports for internal review, share information with stakeholders, or keep historical records, the Excel export feature simplifies the process.




Steps to export filtered view as excel file

  1. Navigate to the Desired List/Table:

    • Go to the specific list or table within Gage McCull that contains the data you want to export.

  1. Search or Filter Data:

    • Use the search bar or filter options to narrow down the data to what you need.

    • Apply any necessary filters to view only the relevant entries.

  1. Open Export Options:

    • Click on the three-dot button (⋮) located in the top right corner of the table.

  2. Select Export Option:

    • From the dropdown menu, select the "Export Excel" option.

  3. Download the File:

    • The data will be exported as an Excel file.

    • Save the Excel file to your preferred location on your computer.
